⚙️ Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, our team begins processing immediately:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.
- Processing may take 1–2 extra days during sale events or high-traffic periods.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note:
- International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- Some items may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions.
ℹ️ Shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
